Personal
- To be healthier: physically, mentally and emotionally.
- To lose weight, down to about 250 pounds by 12/31/08.
STATUS: 305 lbs.
- To not let things that need doing around the house wait more than one week.
- DONE!
Maintain a running to-do list so I do not forget tasks and setting deadlines. Using Vitalist.
- Get my chores done on the weekend before I work on personal projects or go socialize.
Social
- To make sure I am talking to my three best friends at least every two days.
- To not take on so many things that friends might want or need me to do that I cannot meet their expectations.
Professional
- DONE!
To have the groundwork for the release management system at work complete by the end of the year.
- DONE!
To renew my professional organization memberships by the end of August.
- To have an article published in a technical magazine or journal by December 2009
- Maintain a blog of things I am learning technically and update it at least three times per month with a one page post for the next 12 months.
- Identify a list of potential magazines and research their submission requirements
